Please note: due to an increase in the price of leather, beginning January 13, 2012, the base price for all items will increase by 10%.

Linked below is a separate order form for each type of creation available from Empire Leather Company. Prices and options are shown on each page. Please call or e-mail if there is an option you would like that you don't see on the order form, and we'll discuss it. All orders require a minimum of 50% payment up front, with the balance due upon completion and before delivery. Full payment at the time of the order is a good option as well. Payment can be made via PayPal from our order site (coming soon), or by printing (to print click "Print Page" in the small print links below the form)  and filling out the order page and sending your completed order form and a cashier's check or postal money order to the address on the order form. When filling out the forms please print legibly; if we can't read your writing your order will be delayed until we can contact you and make sure we get your order right. Personal checks are not accepted for mail-in orders. When ordering by mail be sure that you include your phone number and e-mail address (if you have one) with your delivery information in case we need to contact you.

Postage in the United States is included in the price of each item.
